Telesales will be a new to team for NOVATI, we are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager who can create a high performing sales team.
You will be able to demonstrate that you have created and managed a successful team that quickly delivered results.
What we expect you to do
The Telesales Manager will provide strong leadership to the Telesales Team and will work with the Sales Director to develop daily/weekly/monthly/annual KPI’s and targets for the department, taking overall responsibility for the department’s performance against targets.
As Telesales Manager you are responsible for driving the team forward, by developing, motivating and empowering your team to secure new business through PPC activity, qualified new business lists and to our existing SME customers.
You will ensure that your team manages their customer base, outwardly prospecting for potential commercial opportunities, they will work their prospects through the sales process, ensuring that we understand their waste needs, and appropriate commercial solutions are provided.
Ensure that the Sales database is kept up to date with sales activities, by accurate data entry and the management of daily activities and diary events.
Empower, lead and motivate your team by supporting, advising and continually training each team member to ensure that your team provides outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
Conduct monthly one to ones and team meetings to support team members and identify and implement training for any learning and development needs that are highlighted.
Prepare an informative & useful departmental monthly report by the set deadline for the Sales Director
Represent your department in internal and external meetings, showing an understanding of the needs of the customer, your department and the business as a whole.
Monitor the success of the department, through departmental KPI’s, work with your team to ensure that the KPI’s deliver outstanding customer service, improve team performance and use them to implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of the team & individual performance

You must have
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
