Acquisition of AMA Waste Management
On Thursday last week we completed the acquisition of AMA Waste Management Limited.
AMA have been one of the leading operators in the Construction & Demolition market for several years and by bringing together the two businesses, we’re further strengthening our position as the UK’s leading broker in delivering truly sustainable solutions.
Purchased for an undisclosed sum, this acquisition continues to demonstrate the success of our organic and acquisitional growth plans in the UK’s environment sector.
